Business Accounting Ltd was founded in 2018 by Dean Robertson ACMA BSc, with the aim of equipping small businesses to view a real time position of their organisation and reduce time spent on administration.
Before this, Dean worked in the finance departments of several large Midlands-based organisations across a range of industries for over 14 years.
During that time his work was focused on reporting and forecasting - an area he is particularly passionate about.
Often small business owners find themselves caught up in admin and lose track of the bigger picture and the values that got them to where they are now.

Established back in 1977, Pat's Butchers began with a traditional paper-based accounting system.
In 2019, it was time to bring the system into the 21st century and so Pat's son, Chris tasked us with migrating the accounts over to a digital system.
The aim was to gain a real time insight into the position of the business, complete with the added bonus of reducing administration.
Due to some initial apprehension from Pat's wife, Linda, both systems were ran simultaneously to begin with until everyone was confident that the digital processes worked.
