This firm was taken over in the 1970s and subsequently moved to Westbrooke House in Alton's High Street.
The firm's name was changed in 1991 to Wettone Matthews and was based at Westbrooke House until 2010 when the Company moved into its current office at Market House in Lenten Street - which leads on from Market Street - where it all started 50 years ago!
The current directors are delighted to be able to retain the name from the Company's original directors, Tim Wettone and Barbara Matthews, and intend to continue with the same ethos that has been evident to many clients over the preceding years - that of a one to one personal but professional service and tailored to individual clients' needs.

She has two grown-up children, loves walking and travelling, and follows Alton Rugby Club.
Phil is a director at Wettone Matthews and has worked here for over 15 years.
He has worked as an accountant for nearly 40 years and has a wide range of experience in tax and accountancy, which he uses to assist clients to deal with financial matters in the most tax and cost effective way.
