Michael started his accountancy career at a local North East firm of Chartered Accountants where he started in the corporate department working on mainly Limited companies many with turnover in the multi millions.
Having gained his Chartered qualification from the ICAEW in 2005 he was promoted to a client manager where he was given a portfolio of clients to manage the everyday running of a business from statutory audit, vat, bookkeeping, tax planning, personal tax as well as the obligatory filing of accounts.
