Setting up an account with HMRC can be challenging and a little stressful when you don't really know where to start and don't want to get it wrong.
From the start Yesim was welcoming and friendly and put me at ease, assured me all would be ok and she would guide me through everything to set up the account.
No jargon, no hard sell, easygoing and explained it all in layman's terms. Regular communication, explained the process, what the paperwork meant and what I needed to do for her, she was also available if I needed her. Account now set up, no stress, no drama.
